Job Description:

• Handle and respond quickly to incoming IndiaMART enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements, application, budget and purchase timeline.
• Qualify leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
• Share product information and coordinate quotations with the concerned team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email until closure.
• Maintain lead status, customer information and conversion reports in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with technical/sales teams for product-related customer queries.

• B2B Inside Sales / Telesales
• IndiaMART / TradeIndia lead handling
• Lead qualification & conversion
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• CRM & MS Excel
• Ability to understand technical products

Preferred Industry Exposure:

Fire Alarm, Gas Detection, CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Industrial Automation, Electronics or Industrial Safety products.

Note: Candidates with only fire-extinguisher sales/service experience are not preferred.
