Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to interact with customers registered on our online portal, understand their business requirements, provide a demo of our software and promote key portal features to help them make the most of our platform. This is a work from home, Inside sales job, where you need to engage our customers using phone, email and whatsapp. Our clients are businesses located across India.

Working model

100% incentive based.

Preferred candidate profile

• Work from home
• Candidate must be comfortable with business development, convincing clients
• Fluent in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities

• Call and email registered customers to understand their business needs.
• Highlight and explain portal features to encourage usage.
• Convince customers to complete the sale/subscription process.
• Coordinate with the back-end team for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate call and follow-up records.
• Work independently with a positive and professional attitude.
• Preferred candidate profile
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Other languages is an added advantage.
• Experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, inside sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
• 1-5 years of work experience.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Honest, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must bring phone, computer and internet.
