Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR, recruitment
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate with clients regarding commercial terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and business development activities when required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
