About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive with 1+ year of EdTech sales experience to drive student enrollments and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with students/parents through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Conduct product pitches, handle objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with leads and drive enrollments.
• Maintain accurate lead details in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Inside Sales experience in EdTech – Mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
