About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain healthcare services, and convert qualified leads into customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain healthcare services and offerings clearly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Convert qualified leads into customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Tele-sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,390.21 - ₹50,474.50 per month
