Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with leads, pitching Speedioo’s offerings, and converting them into sales.

This is a pure sales role focused on conversions and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.

KeyResponsibilities

1. Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo’s offerings.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
3. Drive end to end sales conversion from lead to closure.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups, and closures in CRM.
6. Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates.
7. Continuously improve sales pitch and product understanding.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales
2. Strong communication and convincing skills
3. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
4. Target driven and self motivated mindset Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Kannada
Hindi
English

Preferred Background Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, E commerce, Telecom, or Automobile industry
