What they need
Handle inbound/outbound calls, explain Ayurvedic services, follow up on leads, convert enquiries into appointments, maintain lead records, coordinate visits, achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele sales. Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness or a related industry will be an advantage.
