Inside Sales Executive

Job Title : Inside Sales Executive

Experience : 1-3 years

Location : Ghaziabad, UP

Role & Responsibilites :

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, proposal submissions, and regular follow-ups.
• Assist in VFD selection, technical offers, and compliance sheet preparation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, OEMs, and the sales team for pricing and technical details.
• Prepare tender documents, BOQ, and sales proposals.
• Maintain inquiry records, quotations, and customer updates in CRM.
• Coordinate with service and project teams for order execution and delivery updates.

Qualification & Skills :

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical products and VFDs.
• Experience in inside sales or technical sales.
• Knowledge of quotations, tender documentation, and MS Office.
• Preferred Experience: VFD, Industrial Automation, or HVAC industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
