- Generate and convert B2B sales leads through outbound calling, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Connect with retailers, wholesalers, dealers, distributors and business owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, order processing and dispatch.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
