Inside Sales Executive

About us
Aquaaworld has spent 28 years designing and building swimming pools, water features, MEP and landscapes across Hyderabad and Chennai. We work with leading architects, developers and private homeowners, and we partner with European brands.

The role
You will be the first point of contact for everyone who wants to work with us. You'll answer inquiries, understand what each client needs, and book meetings for our design team. We will train you fully on our products and process.

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries from our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and referrals on the same day
• Ask each prospect about their project, timeline and budget, then book site visits and meetings
• Follow up on quotations sent and keep clients informed
• Handle maintenance contract renewals and service requests from existing clients
• Keep the CRM updated daily and send a weekly report

What we're looking for

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
• Good spoken English and Telugu. Tamil is a plus
• Comfortable talking to people on the phone and on WhatsApp
• Organised, persistent, and follows up without being reminded
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets
