Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

1.      Handle incoming sales enquiries via email, phone and online channels

2.      Conduct outbound calls, emails and message to generate quality leads

3.      Achieve targets planned

4.      Maintain consistent engagement with prospects

5.      Provide support and respond to customer enquiries

6.      Prepare, submit and follow up on customer request

7.      Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

8.      Prepare & submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports accordingly

Requirements

1.      Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT

2.      Fresh graduated is welcome

3.      1 to 3 years’ experience in related field is preferred (B2B)

4.      IT products knowledge is an advantage

5.      Strong communication & negotiation skills

6.      Fast learner / willingness to learn

7.      Comfortable with phone-based sales or in-person meetings

8.      Able to maintain relationships with accounts

9.      Good in Multi-language

10. SKILL: AI prompt, Microsoft Excel & Words is preferred
