Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads from provided databases and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
