Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and follow up for order closure
• Create and process Sales Orders in ERP
• Support the On-field Sales Team with documentation, price sheets, customer data, and follow-ups
• Raise backorder requests with the Purchase team for items not in stock
• Follow up with customers for pending payments; maintain payment and order status trackers
• Generate periodic sales and inventory reports in Excel for management review
• Maintain organized communication and ensure timely responses to customers and sales team

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with confidence handling B2B conversations
• Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
• Experience preparing quotations and handling basic commercial terms
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Exposure to technical / industrial products is an advantage
• Should be proactive, structured, and diligent in follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
