Mobius Bloom is a technology startup building AI-first software for businesses. Our products are Whalexy (WhatsApp Business API automation with AI) and Mobius EMS (AI-assisted attendance, payroll and workforce management).

The Role
You will own the sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal: qualifying leads, running demos, and following up until the business signs up.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up quickly on inbound leads from the website, WhatsApp, and campaigns
• Run outbound prospecting through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and run product demos tailored to each prospect
• Send proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close deals
• Keep every lead and deal stage updated in the CRM
• Achieve monthly targets for demos, conversions, and revenue
• Hand over closed deals to the CRM team for smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years in inside sales, telesales, or business development (B2B or SaaS preferred)
• Excellent English and Hindi communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar)
• Target-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline
