Inside Sales Executive

A. Key responsibilities

i. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain database of prospective clients and adding new prospects and leads.

ii. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media

iii. Customer Need Analysis : Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively recommend and sell appropriate solutions.

iv. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the market.

v. Collaboration: Work closely with the Field Sales Team and Client Servicing teams to align sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

B. Skills Required -

i. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

ii.Strong negotiation and closing abilities

iii.Quick learner and adaptable

iv. Fluent in speaking Hindi, Marathi, and English

C. Pre-requisites -

i. 2 years plus experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or similar role.

ii. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
