Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-orientated inside sales engineer with 2-3 years of experience in industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, customer follow-ups, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead qualification.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to drive sales conversions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with the field sales team, application engineers, and customers.
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
• Track inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
• Good knowledge of Industrial Automation products Industrial Networking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in preparing quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
