Position: Inside Sales Executive

Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience: 1-5 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and customer queries.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
• Update lead/customer information in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Business Development.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with targets and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp and email.

Candidate should come at thane office for 1 week for Training .

Candidate must have to come office once in week for Meetings

Immediate joiners preferred.
