Inside Sales Executive

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Outbound Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling, targeted emails, and social selling via LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
• Pipeline Management: Research accounts, identify key decision makers (ICPs - Ideal Customer Profiles), and build a robust, active sales pipeline.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound/outbound leads using makers(ICPs - Ideal Customer Profiles), and build a robust, activeness potential.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline stages, and forecasting data using CRM tools.
• Cross-functional Feedback: Coordinate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to share customer feedback, refine buyer personas, and improve product offerings.

Requirement:

• Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and recommend solutions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (experience with any sales CRM is a plus).
• Prior experience or an internship in B2B sales or SaaS sales is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and willingness to learn.
