Inside Sales Executive

1. BDE – Inside Sales | Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels in the various sectors (Pharma, chemical, Automobiles, Steel, biotech, textiles, packaging etc.)
• Conduct outbound calls and communicate with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s products/services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/technical team wherever required.
• Maintain lead and customer information in CRM or internal systems.
• Prepare and share quotations/proposals as required.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
