Inside Sales Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In-Office)
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, finding new business leads, and handling sales paperwork like quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for our corporate office furniture projects.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities :-

· Calling & Lead Generation: Make daily cold calls and follow-up calls to companies, builders, and designers to find out if they are setting up new offices or renovating old ones.

· Data Collection: Research and collect contact details of office facility managers, procurement heads, and interior designers using Google, LinkedIn, and local business directories.

· Requirement Gathering: Speak to clients to understand what they need—such as the number of workstations, type of office chairs, or glass partitions.

· Quotations & BOQ: Create simple price quotes and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on client requirements and share them via email or WhatsApp.

· Coordination: Share product catalogs with clients and coordinate with our internal team to arrange design layouts or site visits.

· Data Management: Keep a clean record of all calls made, interested clients, and pending quotes in Excel sheets or our basic CRM.

What We Are Looking For:-

· Communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking skills in both English and Hindi.

· Basic Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email writing.

· Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn about our company's products (workstations, chairs, panels).

· Follow-up Skill: Persistent mindset to regularly follow up with clients who requested quotes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
