Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions

* Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience

* Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful sales

* Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive performance incentives

* Guide customers throughout their real estate journey

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

* Maintain accurate customer details and interactions in CRM
