Inside Sales Executive – Immigration Services

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets through effective communication with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers, building relationships, and making cold calls.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field (e.g., educational sales).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of telesales principles and techniques for effective phone conversations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
