This is an office-based role, focusing on sales support, proposal preparation, and customer relationship management, while giving you valuable exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of sales.

Your Role:

• Process sales inquiries and prepare timely, accurate quotations
• Understand customer requirements (technical & commercial) and ensure accurate proposals
• Prepare tender submissions, proposals, and supporting documents
• Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules with internal teams
• Maintain and update customer profiles in CRM, ensuring effective follow-up
• Support the Sales Manager in reviewing purchase orders and resolving customer queries

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
