Inside Sales Executive / Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential dental clinics to promote the Company's products and services.
• Develop new customers and identify business opportunities through telesales and other available channels.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up regularly to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities to achieve sales conversion.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product and service information.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Production and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and participate in other sales and promotional activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in the dental, medical, healthcare or related industry will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and developing new customers.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and a good team player.
• Knowledge of dental laboratory services, DSA or dental technology is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
