Inside Sales -IT

Job Descriptions :

1. Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
2. Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
3. Manage leads through various stages—suspect, prospect, and qualified sales opportunities.
4. Drive demand creation by effectively positioning solutions and uncovering customer needs.
5. Follow up on proposals and quotations, ensuring timely engagement with prospects.
6. Build close alignment with field sales counterparts to ensure seamless client experience.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
8. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Familiar with IT sales particularly in areas of infrastructure solution, managed services and / or cybersecurity.
2. Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
3. Strong ability to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
7. Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
8. Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Bahasa Cina.
