Inside Sales - Lead Generation (Junior Level)

About the role

Inside Sales - Lead Generation (Junior Level) role within the Inside Sales team. You will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to new prospects/customers via email or phone and generate high potential sales leads.
• Engage with prospects on incoming leads that are generated via multiple marketing outreach campaigns.
• Do research on market, target audience and vertical and chart out a go to market to enable more lead generation.
• Find new companies, contacts, emails and contact information and keep the companies database always updated.
• Ensure 100% calendar occupancy of the field sales managers.
• Follow up with clients for meetings/appointments and take a new lead to closed won along with sales managers.

About you

• Bachelor Degree.
• Fluent in both Thai and English speaking.
• 1-3 years of Experience in Software Sales or relevant industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude.
• Understand basic concepts of software and cloud telephony systems.
