Inside Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 5–8 years | Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team, manage the sales pipeline, and drive lead conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and monitor leads from enquiry to site visit and booking.
• Drive lead follow-ups, conversions, and revenue generation.
• Track team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Field Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales, preferably in Real Estate.
• Experience in managing and leading an inside sales team
• Proven experience in team management and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and lead conversion process.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
