About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to run the daily operating rhythm of our
India-based Inside Sales and SDR team, focused on outbound email, cold calling, and
LinkedIn outreach into the US IT services market.

This is a team management role where you'll be on the shift during US Eastern hours. Your primary responsibility is meeting the KPIs set forthe role, running standups, coaching and training as needed, and owning the numbers.

You'llreport directly to the VP of Sales and be the connection and on-the-ground person acting as a liaison for our India and US teams.

Job Description:

• 8–10+ years in B2B IT services or IT staffing sales, including 3+ years directly managing an inside sales or SDR team.
• A proven, hands-on track record building and running daily activity cadences.
• Working fluency in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM), a prospecting platform such as Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Comfortable with building productivity dashboards and using them to coach, not just report.
• Willingness and ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours long-term (evening/night shift IST).
