Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Manage existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for existing customers.
• Handle billing and order processing for existing and new customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with the Transport Team for timely product dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar product solutions.
