Inside Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
• Develop and execute strategies for generating high-quality leads from various sources such as social media platforms, online marketplaces, and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to stay updated on new products/services and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and training to junior team members to enhance their skills in cold calling, negotiation, and communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (service industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech/BE Computers).
• Proven track record of achieving consistent results in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of online lead generation techniques including social media outreach.
