Inside Sales Manager

Role Overview: The Inside Sales Manager oversees the inside sales center, setting departmental goals and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing, conduct hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for new hires and leadership.
• Develop and implement measurable improvement goals; identify development needs for team members.
• Monitor call quality, coach staff, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Lead team and department meetings; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Handle payroll, time-off requests, and territory map creation for markets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years in Inside Sales or Call Center management; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and communication skills; detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze reports, improve KPIs, and provide excellent service.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Preferred Experience: Experience with large, geographically diverse remodeling or construction companies.

Additional Details: Less than 10% travel; sedentary work in a climate-controlled office environment.
