Old Wood Signs creates customizable wood and metal signs featuring our extensive collection of artwork. Our Art ranges from vintage to contemporary, and we have products that cover the Gift Market, Home Decor, and Promotional Products. We literally have a product for everyone. For nearly 40 years, we've been making unique products right here in Northwest Montana and selling them to customers across the country.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and sales-minded person who wants to do more than just process orders. We want someone excited to take ownership, build customer relationships, lead a team, and help grow our business.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales: Make cold calls, follow up on warm leads, develop new accounts, and build relationships with existing customers.
• Support Our Sales Team: Work closely with our outside sales employees and independent sales reps to help them succeed.
• Own Customer Support: Oversee customer communications, order processing, and day-to-day sales support.
• Lead & Improve: Help organize and lead our inside sales and customer service activities, solve problems, and improve how we operate.
• Manage Shopify: Process orders, maintain customer information, and support our growing wholesale and e-commerce business.
• Wear Different Hats: Assist with catalogs, shipping issues, purchasing, and other projects that keep a small business moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

• Shopify experience required.
• A genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer relationships.
• Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
• Someone who enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and taking responsibility.
• Leadership potential and a willingness to help others succeed.
• No college degree required.

Pay and Benefits

• $20–$25/hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-person position in Bigfork.
• Paid holidays and PTO.
