What they need
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Respond to all inbound enquiries (calls, email, website, IndiaMART and other portals) within 2 working hours.
- Make at least 40 outbound calls a day to leads, dealers and existing customers.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations within 24 hours and follow up until closure.
- Update every lead, call and status in the CRM daily.
- Punch confirmed orders and coordinate with Dispatch and Accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Follow up on payments for inside-sales orders.
- Provide market insights and feedback to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Make reasonable efforts to achieve mutually agreed monthly sales targets, as outlined in the final agreement.
