What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to connect with potential clients
• Build rapport and communicate confidently with a positive, engaging attitude
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Take ownership of your growth and performance
• Bring energy, consistency, and focus every day

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
• A self-motivated, goal-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
