We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative – B2B | US Account

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with strong communication skills and experience working with US clients? We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to acquire new accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Gather and document client information needed for job creation.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
• Track sales activities, outcomes, and follow-ups consistently.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients.
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within established guidelines.
• Achieve KPIs related to revenue, conversion, activity volume, and CRM accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to US-based clients.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced sales environment.

Shift: US EST / Night Shift
Work Setup: Onsite
