Inside Sales Representative (Base + Uncapped Commission)

LB Engineering is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our in-office team. This is a phone-and-email sales role, plain and simple. You are the first voice our clients hear, and you drive the deals forward from first contact to signed work.

If you like structure and quiet paperwork, this is not your job. If you love talking to people, moving fast, and getting paid for what you close, keep reading.

What you’ll do:

• Field incoming leads and turn conversations into signed projects
• Work the phones and email all day, high energy, high follow-up
• Build real relationships with clients, contractors, and our internal team
• Keep every lead moving so nothing falls through the cracks
• Hit your numbers and earn on top of your base

What we’re looking for:

• Previous sales experience is a must, this is a closer’s seat
• Customer service background, you genuinely like helping people
• A go-getter with personality, drive, and good vibes on the phone
• Strong communicator, organized, calm under pressure
• Comfortable with computers and digital tools (email, spreadsheets, portals)
• Construction or renovation background is a plus, not required

The pay:

$25/hour base plus uncapped commission. Your base is your floor. What you make on top is up to you and how much you close.
