About the Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll be the welcoming voice for inbound customer inquiries, providing thoughtful and professional service from first contact to order completion.
• In this role, you’ll support inside sales activities, leveraging strong repeat business and referral relationships.
• You’ll collaborate closely with production and administrative teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered smoothly.
• You’ll use Adobe Suite tools at a junior designer level to manipulate and prepare customer files.
• You’ll build strong working relationships with a diverse customer base, including occasional walk-in clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to edit and manipulate files.
• A customer-focused mindset with a pleasant, professional approach.
• Interest in creative work or the textile and apparel industry.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
