Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Sells company products and services to meet sales objectives
• Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within tight deadline
• Monitor, ensure delivery date and product quality meet customer requirement
• Verify customer orders are processed correctly
• Maintain close working relationship with Field Sales Representatives to increase customer account penetration
• Coordinate large quotes and orders with Branch Product Manager, Manufacturer Representatives and Field Sales Representatives assigned to customer account
• Assist Branch Product Manager to resolve inventory write-off

Requirements

• Diploma with 2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales, in Electronics Industry Preferred
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Excel
