Job Type: Full-time | On-site

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Build positive and professional relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• EdTech or education sales experience is an advantage.
