Inside Sales Representative

Choate Engineering Performance LLC is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Bolivar, TN. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective and existing customers
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software

Requirements:

• Prior inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to learn and articulate technical product knowledge in the engineering/performance industry
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
