Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for IT hardware and IT services

*Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Networking, AMC, Support Services, etc.)

*Convert warm and cold leads into successful sales

*Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

*Prepare quotations and follow up till closure

*Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM

*Upsell and cross-sell IT products and service contracts

*Coordinate with logistics, technical, and support teams for smooth delivery

*Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Experience:

*6+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales

*Hands-on experience in IT Hardware & IT Services sales

*Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

*Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple leads

*Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting

*Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience selling laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, or IT support services

*Knowledge of brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, etc. is a plus

*Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
