Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $30,000/year base salary + up to $30,000 in performance-based bonuses, plus $200/month insurance stipend

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Inside Sales Representative to join our real estate sales team. This role is the first point of contact for new business — handling inbound calls, setting appointments, and keeping our CRM organized — while also generating new leads through outbound cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to new leads
• Set up appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Make outbound cold calls to generate new leads
• Follow up consistently with prospects to keep them moving through the pipeline

Qualifications

• Seeks a dependable, steady position rather than frequent change
• Customer service experience
• Prior work experience in any customer-facing role — retail, hospitality, call centers, customer support, etc
• Coachable and comfortable being measured against KPIs

Compensation & Benefits

• $30,000 base salary
• Up to $30,000 in KPI-based performance bonuses

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
