Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts, building relationships with repeat customers
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
• Assist clients with product selections, order processing, and resolving any issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support client services by managing inquiries related to billing, account updates, or technical questions with professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, share insights, and improve overall customer experience
• Load and unload customers if needed, forklift experience preferred

Requirements

• Experience in Roofing or Building products industries
• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
• Proven experience in sales, customer support is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer literacy for efficient record keeping
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and phone communication etiquette
• Exceptional organizational skills combined with customer service problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle cash transactions or payments accurately when necessary
• Prior experience in customer service or client communication roles enhances success in this position

Pay: $41,600.00 - $65,000.00 per year
