Duties

• Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to promote products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records through diligent data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updates.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual interactions.
• Assist in processing transactions, including cash handling when necessary, while ensuring accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and provide detailed product or service information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments with strong phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; technical proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong writing skills for clear documentation and client communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and outbound calling is advantageous.

Pay: $47,522.23 - $57,231.27 per year
