Requirements

Key Responsibilities: • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and live chat communication. • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our specialty architectural millwork solutions, their features, benefits, applications, and materials to provide expert guidance to customers. • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific project requirements and budget. • Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and pricing information, ensuring competitive yet profitable offerings. • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery. • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. • Core Values: Operate within our company Core Values at all times: Work Hard, Change, Grow, Elevate, and act with Integrity Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong desire to work directly with clients one on one daily. • Self-motivated with proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to focus and to handle a large volume of tasks effectively and accurately Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In Office Salary: First 90 Days = $15 Per Hour, After 90 Days = $15 Per Hour + Commission Benefits: • Competitive commission structure. • Paid training program with ongoing training and development opportunities. • Tenure-based PTO program • Health, dental, and vision insurance. • Retirement benefits: 401k + company 1% match.
