Zimowski Food Specialties, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with a background in food service sales and related products who enjoys building customer relationships and helping clients find the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Generate new business through outbound sales calls and customer follow-up.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet customer needs.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives and warehouse staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain customer records and sales activity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service sales or a related industry required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and order entry systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
