Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining technical problem solving with customer service. In this role, you’ll help customers and sales colleagues evaluate needs, identify solutions, and prepare accurate quotes. You’ll manage a steady flow of requests, so attention to detail and clear communication matter.

• Review customer requests and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Prepare selections, calculations, proposals, and quotes.
• Support sales colleagues with project opportunities and customer questions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep requests moving.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.

Snapshot of Preferred Background

• An engineering degree or related technical background is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with specifications or technical information.
• An organized, detail oriented approach to managing multiple requests.
• Strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.
