Inside Sales Representative

Confident on the phone and driven by targets? US companies are looking for sales reps who can open conversations, build relationships, and turn them into revenue.

GlobalBridge Talent is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to generate pipeline and close business for US companies. GlobalBridge Talent is a US-based recruiting and talent placement company that connects skilled professionals with remote roles at US companies. We work closely with every candidate we place, from the first conversation to your first day on the team.

What you'll do

• Reach prospects through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and uncover each prospect's needs and budget
• Run discovery calls and product demos, or book meetings for account executives
• Handle objections and follow up consistently until deals move forward
• Manage your pipeline and activity in a CRM
• Hit weekly and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and revenue

What you bring

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, telesales, or account management
• Excellent spoken English and a confident, professional phone manner
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results
• Available to work US business hours

Nice to have

• B2B or SaaS sales experience
• Experience closing deals, not only booking meetings
• Familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar tools
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota
