Inside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and offers.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives for prospective customers.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, referrals and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the dealership.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Stay updated on new models, features, offers and competitor products.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile / 4-wheeler sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features.
• Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
• Candidates from Shimoga and Davangere or nearby areas
