Inside Sales Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

Forplax Los Angeles, LLC is a distributor for a plastic manufacturing factory. We are

growing and looking for a motivated Sales/Administrative Assistant to support our sales

operations, customer relationships, and day-to-day logistics. This is a great entry-level

opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused who thrives

in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• -Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
• -Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and leads.
• -Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• • Submit sales orders to the factory and coordinate production fulfillment
• • Organize and manage logistics including shipment tracking and delivery coordination
• • Follow up with customers on order status, delivery updates, and inquiries
• • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communications
• • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
• • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• • Strong organizational and time-management skills
• • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
• • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles required.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
